Shipping:

We currently only ship within the US.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our fine jewelry, it may take 6-8 weeks to produce the piece before we can ship it to you, but we’ll keep you updated on the progress and let you know when your piece is ready to ship.

Please provide an address where you will know someone will be at the location to sign. Upon shipping drop off, here are delivery estimates:

• Fedex 2 day: arrives within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns:

You are entitled to a return for products you have purchased and returned within seven (7) days of receipt, minus shipping cost and processing fees, dependent on your payment method. Products must be in the same condition and packaging you received them in. Shipping costs associated with your purchase will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the Products. Contact us to return a purchase.

Custom pieces and pieces purchased with a promo code are final sale and not eligible for refund.

If item is received and not in original condition or show signs of wear, we reserve the right to deny your return and ship the item back to you without refund and will notify you via email.
